Dentsu Aegis Network acquires WATConsult
Mumbai: Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd has reached an agreement with the principal shareholder of Mumbai-based WATConsult, a digital agency, to acquire a 90 per cent stake in the company, which will ultimately be increased in steps to 100 per cent.
Gross direct tax collections go up in 2014-15 fiscal
Pune: Gross direct tax collection in India grew by 12.93 per cent to reach Rs 546,661 crore (US$ 88.43 billion) during April-December 2014 as compared to Rs 484,063 crore (US$ 78.31 billion) collected during the same period last year.
