Privacy Statement

The privacy policy applies to all personal data that the Netherlands India Chamber of Commerce (NICCT) processes from all its members, relations and other interested parties.

If you become a member of NICCT or provide personal data to NICCT for other reasons, you expressly give consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We advise you to read the privacy policy and keep it for your own records.

1. Responsible

Responsible for the processing of the personal data is:

2. Which data does NICCT process for which purpose?

2.1 In the context of your membership, the following personal data is processed:

a) company name

b) address details and any postal address

c) phone numbers, email addresses, contacts

d) social media accounts

2.2 NICCT processes the personal data referred to in sub 2.1 for the following purposes:

a) your name, address, telephone number and email address will be used to contact about membership and cancellation thereof, invoicing and requested information by you or information to be followed up to you.

b) your data will be used to send invitations and information about services and activities of NICCT.

2.3 In the context of relationship management, so if you are not a member of NICCT, the following personal data will be processed:

a) Company name

b) Contact person

c) Email address

2.4 Your data will be used up to one year after the end of the agreement to ask you about your experiences with NICCT and to inform you about the developments of NICCT.

NICCT uses your name and email address to send you information about its activities, invitations and other interesting information.

You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

3. Security Measures and Processors

3.1 To protect your personal data, NICCT has appropriate technical and organizational measures taken.

3.2 The personal data is only processed in-house and not by third parties.

4. Right of access, removal and asking complaints

4.1 You can submit a request to view, receive, change or delete your personal data via the NICCT Support Office. NICCT will process your request and inform you about this within one month.

4.2 If you wish to object to (further) processing of your personal data as referred to in Article 2, you can also contact the Support Office.

4.3 If you have complaints about the way in which NICCT processes your personal data or handles your requests, you can contact the data protection officer.
