New Delhi: Mr Kalraj Mishra, Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, has launched a scheme for promoting innovations, entrepreneurship and agro industry to set up a network of technology centers, incubation centers and also to promote start-ups.
