Benefits offered to qualified foreign buyers by FIEO for Reverse Buyer Seller Meets:
- Complimentary Hotel Accommodation with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
- Logistic Support including Airport Pickup and Drop.
- FIEO will arrange pre-scheduled B2B meetings and provide specified meeting room.
- Buyers are encouraged to initiate MOU/place orders and explore business opportunities. FIEO will be doing match making and share sellers’ details well in advance for the buyers to initiate the business discussion so that buyers will be able to conclude at least one business deal during the B2B meetings.
- Buyes must carry: visiting card, company Borchers/literature
To & Fro Airfare reimbursement subject to following conditions:
- 50% of total to & Fro Airfare on economy class paid or 50% of the upper ceiling whichever is less will be reimbursed subject to signing MOU with at least one supplier matching the product requirements and submitting an undertaking that visiting buyer will provide periodical feedback on progress made on MOU till concluding business.
- For those who will be placing confirmed orders at the venue will be paid 100% To & Fro Economy class fare subject to following upper ceilings:
