India is set on a stable growth path, within a global environment of uncertainties. The economic progress of the recent past has been achieved despite the disruptions of the pandemic and geopolitical developments, positioning India uniquely.
Looking ahead, the country has a vision of becoming a developed economy by 2047. A comprehensive and macroeconomically prudent Union Budget 2024-25 has been presented to catalyze this vision and build the platform for next-generation reforms.
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organized a “Journey Towards Viksit Bharat (Developed India): A Post Union Budget 2024-25 Conference” on 30 July 2024 from 1200 hrs (IST) at New Delhi. The Conference captured the key reform measures for the next few years, including through the Union Budget, and collectively chart a path for Viksit Bharat.
The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi, gave his kind consent to grace and address this occasion as the Chief Guest at the Inaugural Session scheduled from 1200 hrs. NICCT joined this program online.
