- The speakers include Honorable External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar, Dr. K. VijayRaghavan, Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India. Ministers from Australia, Israel, Austria, Vietnam, Bavaria, and Nigeria have confirmed participation. The former President of Estonia, Toomas Ilves has also confirmed.
- Major private sector and non-governmental participants from India and abroad include Mr. Satya Nadella (Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft), and Dr. Nobuhiro Endo (Chairperson of Japan's NEC). We have senior representations from the ITU (Deputy SG Mr. Malcolm Johnson), ICMR (Dr. Balram Bhargava), Mr. R.S. Sharma(ex-Chairman TRAI), WHO (Dr. Soumya Swaminathan), and the Undersecretary General of the UN (Mr. Fabrizio Hochschild Drummond).
