Objective:
The basic objective for organizing the above said Show by inviting potential overseas buyers is to showcase the capabilities & developments of Indian Leather & Leather Products Industry as a major sourcing destination and also to facilitate B2B meetings between Indian Exporters and overseas buyers for sourcing footwear and leather products from India, establishing marketing tie-ups and exploring business collaborations and joint venture agreements. About the 4th edition of DILEX
The 4th edition of DILEX organized by CLE during March 21-22, 2023 witnessed participation of 65 Indian exhibitors from different parts of India and over 100 foreign buyers and substantial number of buying houses & agents. Participants were very much happy in terms of number of buyers visited the show and the business outcome. They were able to meet some of their existing customers as well as new potential buyers. Buying houses and agents from India, those who have visited the event, was an added advantage for the Indian exhibitors. As per feedback received from the Indian exhibitors as well as the visiting buyers, during the show, around 950 one to one business meetings were held and business worth Rs. 8856 lakhs has been generated.
5th edition of DILEX with enhanced number of Indian Exhibitors and Foreign Buyers
As per directions of Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, CLE is organizing the 5th edition of DLEX with enhanced number of Indian exhibitors and overseas buyers. We have booked Hall 2B of 6100 sq. mtrs area and Foyer 2 of 3000 sq. mtrs area at IICC, Dwarka, New Delhi, for the 5th edition of DILEX. We are targeting to enlist 200 Indian exhibitors for this Show. 225-250 foreign buyers will be visiting the DILEX, mostly from European countries and USA, for one to one business meetings with the Indian exhibitors. Besides, buying houses and buying agents from across India will be attending the show.

The Salient Features of the 5th DILEX are as follows:-
· The Show will be a Two-Day Event (10.00 am to 5.00 pm on both days).
· The Show will have a participation of around 200 leading Indian Manufacturer-Exporters/suppliers of Footwear (leather & non-leather), Footwear Components (Uppers), Leather Garments, Leather Goods & Accessories, including various categories of Leather Gloves and Harness & Saddlery products.
· One-to-One business meetings will be arranged during the BSM days between the Indian participating companies and Overseas Buyers/importers, based on the product interest.
CLE is offering a complimentary hospitality package, as per details given below, for the visiting buyers:-
· Return Economy class air fare, subject to ceiling limits.
· 2 Nights Complimentary Stay in a 5-Star Category hotel in New Delhi with Bed & Breakfast
· Arrival at New Delhi in the afternoon on 3rd March, 2024
· Stay in New Delhi during on 3rd and 4th March, 2023 (2 nights)
· Departure to the destinations on 5th evening/late evening.
· Buyers who want to arrive in New Delhi prior to 3rd March, 2024 or to extend their stay beyond 4th March, 2023 can do so but at their own cost.
· Complimentary airport pick-up and drop will be arranged, on request.
· Long distance call charges, use of Business Center/ Health Club, laundry, liquor etc in the Hotel will be borne by the individual Buyers.
