PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) had successfully organized 1st Edition of the International Week in the year 2021. The inaugural edition of the PHDCCI International Week was aimed to bring different stakeholders from around the globe on a single platform with a focus to deliberate how India can leverage its economic potential for the furtherance of its bilateral trade and investment partnership with countries around the world.
This pioneering event witnessed the active participation and invaluable contributions of esteemed diplomats representing Foreign Missions in India, Indian diplomatic representatives stationed abroad, as well as eminent officials from the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Prominent figures from the Government of India, alongside other important dignitaries, played an instrumental role by providing comprehensive insights and serving as an indispensable resource for policymakers, researchers and industry stakeholders.
We are pleased to inform you that the 2nd Edition of PHDCCI International Week is organized from 11-15 March 2024 at PHD House, New Delhi. Each weekday will focus on India’s Economic and Trade relations with the specific region. The aim is to engage in a comprehensive discussion upon the Business Opportunities and Challenges encountered by the Industry & Stakeholders while conducting business in that particular region and receive their valuable opinions and insights on this subject.
India aims to strengthen collaborations in various sectors, fostering sustainable growth in the region. India-Europe Day will focus on India’s strong ties with European countries emphasizing proximity and trade for strategic alliances. The discussions will revolve around a broader framework of collaboration and increased investments from both ends aiming to elevate business relations and to ensure the effectiveness of trade agreements.
