September has been a particularly vibrant month for NICCT, with three inspiring events bringing our members, partners and wider business community together around different perspectives, ideas and opportunities.
Across the month, we explored doing business in India, regenerative leadership, and leading in high-stakes moments — three very different themes, yet connected by one common thread: bringing people and perspectives together to create meaningful exchange.
NICCT x SparkHealth | Regenerative Leadership
In collaboration with SparkHealth and generously hosted by ABN AMRO, we explored what regenerative leadership can mean for business, innovation and society.
The discussion brought together perspectives on AI and digital transformation, global supply chains, biomimicry, circularity, planetary health and systemic change. An important question emerged: what if regenerative leadership is not a constraint on business, but an opportunity to build better business?
NICCT Synergy Event with ICICI Bank, TMF Group & HVK Stevens
Under the theme “Bridging Bharat & The Netherlands – Navigating Growth, Risk and Resilience in India’s Next Decade,” we brought together three NICCT members for a unique multi-member Synergy session.
ICICI Bank, TMF Group and HVK Stevens shared complementary perspectives on the Indian market — from geopolitical and economic developments and the fiscal landscape, to the practical considerations of establishing, structuring and operating a business in India while navigating governance and compliance.
The open roundtable format created space for thoughtful questions, shared experiences and meaningful connections.

Our September programme concluded with a synergy session in Rotterdam, in collaboration with Motus B.V.
Led by Nisheeta Bajaj Janssens and Karin Holley, the session focused on how to lead in challenging situations and how to remain calm under pressure.
