The Government of India has rolled out a scheme for settling pending litigation related to income tax related matters in India called ‘Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme’ by enacting ‘Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020. We hope you are sufficiently aware of this scheme which aims at reducing conflict and bringing certainty to taxpayers.
